1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the bilixhub.com website, the my.bilixhub.com platform, Bili AI, and BilixHub training programmes and events.

By creating an account, applying for a training programme, or otherwise using the services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.

These Terms work alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

Where a training programme has its own published programme page, schedule or corporate agreement, those terms apply in addition to these. If they conflict, the programme-specific terms govern for that programme.

3. Eligibility

The Trainings covered by these Terms are intended for persons aged 18 and over. Unless BilixHub announces a separate youth programme, a person under 18 may not independently create an account, use Bili AI or make a payment.

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you keep it up to date. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

4. Your account

An account is personal. It belongs to one named person and may not be transferred, sold or shared.

  • keep your password confidential and do not disclose it to anyone;
  • you are responsible for activity carried out through your account;
  • tell us without delay if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation; and
  • do not use your account to give another person access to Training Materials or to a Session.

5. Applying for a Training and enrolment

Submitting an application form is a request to be contacted about a Training. It is not enrolment: it does not create an account, reserve a place, or oblige either side to proceed.

Enrolment takes effect when BilixHub confirms your place and any applicable fee is settled in accordance with §6. BilixHub may decline an application at its discretion, acting lawfully and without discrimination.

Enrolled Participants are placed in a group. Your trainer, schedule, assignments and grading are tied to that group.

6. Fees, payment and refunds

Fees are those stated on the programme page or in the offer made to you. Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include bank or transfer charges.

Payment is arranged outside the Platform — for example by invoice or bank transfer. The Platform does not process card payments and does not store card data.

Cancellation and refund terms are those stated on the programme page or in the agreement for that Training. Where none are stated, a request should be sent to the contact address in §19 and will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

Where a fee is due and unpaid, BilixHub may suspend access to the Training until it is settled.

7. Delivery of Trainings

The schedule for each Training is published on its programme page and in your dashboard. Sessions may be delivered online, in person or in a mixed format.

BilixHub may change a trainer, the date or time of a Session, or the delivery format where this is reasonably necessary. We notify Participants of material changes through the Platform or by email.

A Training may be postponed or cancelled if the minimum number of Participants is not reached. In that case you may transfer to the next intake or request a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled Training.

Attendance is recorded for each Session and may form part of your assessment, as described on the programme page.

8. Your submissions

You keep ownership of your Participant Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers it to BilixHub.

You grant BilixHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and assess your Participant Content for the purpose of delivering and evaluating the Training — including making it visible to your trainer and, where the exercise calls for it, to your group.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your Participant Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not submit trade secrets, confidential employer information, or personal data about other people that you have no right to share.

BilixHub may use anonymised or aggregated information about submissions to improve its programmes. Your work is used as a named public example only with your separate permission.

9. Online lessons and recordings

Online Sessions and certain events may be recorded after prior notice. A recording may include your name and display name, your voice, your image when your camera is enabled, your screen sharing, and your chat messages.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you may switch off your camera and microphone or ask your question in the chat. If active oral participation is essential to the Training, we will try to agree an appropriate alternative with you.

Recordings are made available to the relevant group for the period stated on the programme page.

You may not make your own recording of a Session, and you may not download, re-upload, publish or otherwise redistribute a Session or a recording. Sessions include other Participants, whose voice and image are their own.

10. Bili AI

Bili AI is an automated study assistant. It generates responses from a language model and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Bili AI does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical or career advice, and it does not replace your trainer. Verify anything you intend to rely on. Significant training decisions are subject to human oversight.

When you use Bili AI you must not:

  • submit trade secrets, confidential employer information, special-category personal data, or third-party data you have no right to share;
  • attempt to extract the system instructions, underlying data or another Participant's conversations;
  • use it to produce unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or infringing content; or
  • present its output as your own original work where the assessment requires your own work.

BilixHub may limit usage, apply rate limits, or suspend access to Bili AI to protect the service and its users.

11. Acceptable use

When using the Website or the Platform you must not:

  • use them for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to access another Participant's account, data or submissions;
  • circumvent or probe access controls, or test for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission;
  • scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract content at scale;
  • upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the service; or
  • harass, impersonate, abuse or discriminate against Participants, trainers or staff, in Sessions, chats or anywhere else on the Platform.

12. BilixHub materials and intellectual property

Training Materials, the Platform, and their design, text, graphics and code belong to BilixHub or its licensors.

For the duration of your access, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Training Materials for your own learning.

You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell or publicly share Training Materials, and you may not use them to train an artificial-intelligence model or to build a competing product or programme.

The BILIX and BilixHub names, the logo and the Bili character are marks of BilixHub and may not be used without written permission.

13. Assessment, grading and certificates

A Training may include assignments, quizzes, presentations and other assessments. The grading model that applies to your group is described on the programme page and in your dashboard.

Work you submit must be your own. Plagiarism, submitting another person's work, and presenting AI-generated output as your own where the assessment requires your own work may result in the assessment being annulled and, in serious or repeated cases, in the measures described in §14.

Where a Training offers a certificate, it is issued on meeting the completion criteria published for that programme. Unless expressly stated, a BilixHub certificate confirms participation and achievement in that programme and is not a state-recognised qualification.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time and ask us to close your account using the contact details in §19.

BilixHub may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, unpaid fees, or conduct that puts other Participants, trainers or the service at risk. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we give notice and an opportunity to put the matter right first.

When access ends, your Participant Content and records are retained and then deleted in accordance with §10 of the Privacy Policy.

15. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: maintenance, third-party service failures and events outside our control can interrupt it.

Education depends on the effort of the Participant. BilixHub does not promise any particular outcome, including employment, a change of role, a salary level, or a specific assessment result.

To the extent permitted by law, BilixHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data not caused by us. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

16. Personal data

How BilixHub collects, uses, stores and protects personal data — including what Bili AI processes, who data is shared with, where it is stored, and your rights — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or the applicable law change. A new version is published here and the “Last updated” date is changed. Where a change materially affects your rights, we notify you through an appropriate channel.

Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the services and ask us to close your account.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first using the details in §19 — most matters are resolved that way. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
